Who is teaching your children how to code?

Research has shown that learning how to program will be an important requirement for successful students of the future. Although all children should have the opportunity to learn computer science and programming, what is the first step we must take to educate them? Who should teach kids programming?

I have recently came across this information that UK schools are implementing coding subject to all kids. I do not know why are they doing that!!! Kids are already under the heap of books these days. Adding !coding! would make them go crazy. Schools should encourage subjects involving body movements and motivate kids to develop good health habits. Coding would make kids sit in front of computer for at least one hour a day. It might boost problems relating to posture, eyesight and spine. Educators should consider different parameters before implementing illogical decision. I am totally against this step. How about others?
