My son has Programming the Raspberry Pi (Getting Started with Python) by Simon Monk. It's pretty heavy weather (son is a brainbox 11-year-old) so not suitable for younger kids. He also has Raspberry Pi (Projects for the Evil Genius), which is fun and challenging.
