Is there a good digital camera for under-10s?

One that is durable and easy to use and of course not very expensive.

I can definitely recommend the Kodak Easyshare Sport C135 digital camera which my six year old uses comfortably and easily. The main reasons I recommend this one is that it's still quite a 'chunky' camera so good for smaller hands along with a little rubber grip on one side. It has everything you'd expect from a reasonable digital camera such as in built flash, zoom option, 16 megapixels and a good sized LCD screen too. It also has Kodak Easyshare too which is great for quick uploading to social media, email etc. Best of all though, this camera is waterproof to around 5m (we've tested it!). I think it retails at around £70. I did look at the kids cameras such as those made by Vtech Kidizoom but they are about the same price and in the words of my son "they look too babyish mummy"!

Having said all the above though, my son is still happy to pick up my (rather more expensive and streamline) Nikon digital camera and use that fairly easily, so it does depend on what you're looking for. Hope that helps.
