Yes we all do! That is if we wish to be visible in a digital world and be in control of the image we wish to portray. Selfies provide a way of participating and affiliating with that world. I find all the discourse surrounding selfies highly interesting and do not necessarily agree that it is all about vanity and narcissism, it is also about self-expession, visual narrative and shared experiences.

As a child, I used to take a picture of myself in the mirror. I was loving this!!! But now, for me to take the pic of myself, a web camera etc is very enough... =.=
