No. I don't really use quotas of anything and internet access is no exception. Some days they need more food than other days, sometimes they're more tired than others and need to go to bed sooner etc. Some days they're playing really nicely on Minecraft or Moshi Monsters, other days they're fighting over a controller. As well as that, I just don't have it in me to be timing them and being really strict!
