Do you decrease the amount of time your children can use the tv/computer/tablet/devices/games consoles in the summer?

We have tried even harder this year to enforce that our kids dont get stuck indoors using computers etc during the lovely hot summer weather. They are off on summer holidays for 9 weeks, and its always a struggle to get them up and outside. We have been trying to enforce a maximum of 1/2 hour every day, and the rest of the time to get the kids to play outside. In the winter time (which in Northern Ireland where we are is about 9 months of the year most years) we let them use them a lot more, about 2-3 hours every day when off on school holidays. What methods do you use to enforce time spent on devices indoors when they should be outside playing?
