Are Graze boxes a good way to get kids snacking healthily?

I get sent a Graze box once a week, and I have seen that they offer kids' boxes. Does anyone use these to a) treat your kids - I guess toddlers and upwards and/or b) vary their snacks?

Yes I do! I started receiving them a while ago for myself and like you spotted the kid's boxes so we've tried them out. Now we receive one every two weeks and that's working really well.

Sometimes I'll put one of the 'punnets' in as part of my son's packed lunch for school which he really likes, other times he just munches on the contents as and when he's hungry at home. Because he's a grazer (excuse pun, but he really is) rather than a big meal eater, the kid's boxes work really well for him and we get a lot less of this 'Mum I'm hungry' now as he just finds his graze box and eats from there. Occasionally the contents aren't so popular but the names are great and he always wants to at least try them (which is more than I can say for some of my cooking sometimes!). He also enjoys 'rating' or 'slating' his box each time he receives one too :-)
