We have a system called MyFear Zapper, which helps children build self-confidence by teaching them how to face and overcome any type of fearful situation. The system is based on proven psychological techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, a highly successful approach used by many counselors. I'm also a mom of a wonderful 15-year-old, who also happens to be the brains behind MyFear Zapper! It's a great story – ask me about it if you like! I'm also a school board member for our local public school. My interests lie in creative education programs, improving community relations, and responsible spending among public entities.
